Welcome to Innexum OÜ (“Innexum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our conversation export service (“Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description
Our Service allows authorized users to export conversation data from their CRM system in CSV format. The Service operates on a pay-per-credit system and is available exclusively to users with administrator permissions.
3. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have administrator permissions in your CRM account
- Have sufficient credits in your CRM wallet to complete exports
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Credit System:
- SMS/WhatsApp messages: 1 credit per message
- Email messages: 5 credits per message
- Volume discounts apply automatically based on message count
4.2 Payment:
- All payments are processed through your CRM wallet system
- Credits are deducted only after successful export completion
- Minimum charge per export: $3.00 USD
4.3 Refund Policy:
- Refunds are available if you find the product unsatisfactory
- Refund requests must be submitted to innexumtech@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase
- We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis
5. Data Handling & Storage
5.1 Temporary Storage:
- Exported CSV files are stored temporarily on secure AWS servers during processing
- Files are automatically deleted immediately after you access the download link
- We do not retain copies of your exported data
5.2 Data Processing:
- We process only the data necessary to complete your export request
- No user data beyond authentication credentials is collected or stored
- All data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard protocols
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Ensuring you have proper authorization to export conversation data
- Complying with all applicable data protection laws when handling exported data
- The accuracy and legality of the data being exported
7. Service Availability
7.1 Uptime:
- We strive for 100% operational uptime
- Processing times vary from milliseconds to several hours depending on data volume and external API performance
7.2 Maintenance:
- Scheduled maintenance will not affect service availability
- We monitor all activities through AWS CloudWatch to prevent issues
7.3 No Liability for Interruptions:
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by:
- CRM API limitations or failures
- CRM wallet system malfunctions
- AWS regional server issues
- Internet connectivity problems
- Force majeure events
8. Limitations of Liability
8.1 Data Accuracy:
- We export data exactly as it exists in your CRM system
- We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of exported data
- You are solely responsible for verifying data accuracy
8.2 Maximum Liability:
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific export in question
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
8.3 External Factors:
- We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services (CRM systems, AWS)
- Service performance depends on external API speeds beyond our control
9. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
- Export data you do not have permission to access
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use the Service to violate any data protection regulations
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service remain our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Service without written permission.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms
- Discontinue the Service with 30 days’ notice
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
