How can I import custom values?

It is really easy. You just have to follow these simple steps:

  • Install the official app from the marketplace

  • Once installed, go to your left side panel and click on the "Import Custom Values" section

  • Fill out the form, upload your CSV file and submit.

How is the CSV format working?

The accepted format is CSV. A working CSV should have, at least, the following properties:

- The first line of the document shall have the following string or similar: "Name, Value" (without double quotes)

- Each of the following rows must contain the Name and the Value of the Custom value separated by a comma. E.g. "Alice, 10" or "Date, 31 Oct 2024"

You can have as many lines as you need. Just keep in mind that it might take a little longer the more values you want to add.

Can I update Custom Values or only Create?

The app is only able to create Custom Values. If you need to update, we recommend you to delete them, add them to your CSV file and import it again.

Do you offer a free trial, for how long, and when and how do I need to make the payment?

Unfortunately, GHL Marketplace does NOT currently allow free trials. Therefore, you will be charged the first monthly subscription after your installation , so during that time we highly encourage you to ask for help whenever needed, we are always available and will answer your email in less than 12 hours. If we finally are not able to help you, you can easily cancel the subscription.

Are there any restrictions on using the Innexum services in any country?

No. There are no restrictions, you can use our services in any country. Just remember to adapt your timezone in the action fields.

When do I need to pay and how?

Payments are handled by GHL. You will be charged the same way your agency does. Please note that when installing the app from the GHL Marketplace, you will be charged the first monthly subscription. Safe and easy!

How do I stop my subscription?

If you don’t want to continue your subscription then you can just ping us on our WhatsApp number, and we will deactivate the subscription the same day. You will also need to uninstall the app not notify GHL.

Are there any limitations?

There are no limitations to the users that have the Unlimited plan. You can use it as much as you need

Is it a White Label app? Can I sell it at my price?

Yes, this is a completely White Labelled app, you can sell at your own price. Your customers will not be able to know that you are using Innexum services.

Make sure you fill in your agency email and owner name so that all notifications arrive to you and not your client.

Do you get in touch or send any notifications to our Clients?

No, we never do that and we do understand how important the client is to you. Also, we never ask any of your client details. Only thing is that you should be careful while filling out the installation form, never ever give your client’s email and phone number in the installation form. We will send notifications only to the email which you have given at the time of registering our services.

If required do you connect through Zoom or Google Meet?

Yes, if we are unable to resolve the issue on WhatsApp then we connect on Zoom / Google Meet and help you out immediately.
