Step 1: Install our tool
Install Export Conversations in every subaccount that has the information to be exported
Step 2: Select data to export
Here you can choose the date up to be exported, the communication channel and some optional contact ID tags
Step 3: Check your estimate credits budget
In this window you can check how many credits you need for export, how much is per credit and how much time is needed
Step 4: Receive an email with the CSV
After the export process has ended, an email will arrive with the information
