Welcome to Innexum OÜ (“Innexum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of TelegrApp, our Telegram integration and message filtering service (“Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description
TelegrApp is a web-based application that enables users to connect their Telegram accounts and manage message filtering preferences. The Service provides:
- Telegram account integration via phone number or bot token authentication
- Message filtering by conversation type (Chats, Groups, Channels)
- Individual conversation visibility management
- Multi-device connection management
- Admin capabilities for managing multiple user accounts
- Filtering preference synchronization across connected devices
3. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid Telegram account in good standing
- Comply with Telegram’s Terms of Service
- Provide accurate account information during registration
- Have authorization to connect any Telegram accounts you add to the Service
- Have a GoHighLevel account with sufficient wallet balance for paid services
4. Account Types & Access
4.1 Regular User Accounts:
- Access to connect and manage your own Telegram account
- Ability to configure personal filtering preferences
- View and disconnect your own connected devices
- Limited to one connection type (phone number or bot token) per account
4.2 Admin User Accounts:
- All regular user capabilities
- Ability to view and select multiple user accounts
- Configure filtering preferences on behalf of authorized users
- Manage device connections for multiple accounts
- Access to user management interfaces
4.3 Account Limitations:
- Each user is limited to one active connection type at a time
- Switching between phone and bot authentication requires disconnecting existing connection
- Admin privileges must be authorized by Innexum OÜ
5. Telegram Connection Methods
5.1 Phone Number Authentication:
- Requires your Telegram-registered phone number
- Verification code sent via Telegram will be required
- Session remains active until manually disconnected
- You are responsible for safeguarding verification codes
5.2 Bot Token Authentication:
- Requires a valid Telegram bot token
- Bot must be created through Telegram’s BotFather
- Token is encrypted and stored securely
- You are responsible for bot token security
5.3 Connection Security:
- All connections use Telegram’s official API
- Authentication follows Telegram’s security protocols
- You can disconnect any device at any time
6. Pricing & Payment
6.1 Free Trial Period:
- New users receive a 3-day free trial upon registration
- Full Service functionality is available during the trial period
- No payment information is required to start the trial
- Trial period begins upon successful account creation
6.2 Paid Subscription:
- After the 3-day trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription
- Subscription pricing will be clearly displayed in your account dashboard
- Access to the Service will be suspended if subscription is not maintained
6.3 Payment Processing:
- All payments are processed exclusively through GoHighLevel’s wallet system
- Innexum OÜ does not process, handle, or store any payment information
- Innexum OÜ is not responsible for payment processing, billing disputes, or transaction issues
- You must have sufficient credits in your GoHighLevel wallet to maintain service
- Payment terms, billing cycles, and transaction fees are governed by GoHighLevel’s terms
6.4 Billing Responsibility:
- You are responsible for maintaining adequate wallet balance in GoHighLevel
- Service interruptions due to insufficient wallet funds are not Innexum’s responsibility
- GoHighLevel charges are separate from and independent of Innexum OÜ
6.5 Refund Policy:
- Refund requests must be submitted to innexumtech@gmail.com within 7 days of charge
- Refunds are processed through GoHighLevel’s wallet system
- We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis
- Payment processing issues should be directed to GoHighLevel support
6.6 Price Changes:
- We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days’ notice
- Existing subscribers will be notified via email before price changes take effect
- Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of new pricing
7. Data Handling & Privacy
7.1 Data Collection:
- We collect only data necessary to provide the Service
- Account credentials, session tokens, and filtering preferences are stored
- Conversation metadata is accessed for filtering purposes only
- We do NOT access, store, or read your message content
7.2 Data Storage:
- All data is stored on secure AWS infrastructure
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- Filtering preferences persist until modified or account deletion
- Connection data is deleted immediately upon disconnection
7.3 Data Privacy:
- Detailed privacy practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy
- We comply with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations
- You maintain ownership of all your data
8. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring authorized use of connected Telegram accounts
- Complying with Telegram’s Terms of Service and API usage policies
- Maintaining sufficient balance in your GoHighLevel wallet for subscription payments
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breaches
- Using the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempting to circumvent Service limitations or security measures
- Proper use of admin privileges if granted
- Canceling your subscription before trial expiration if you do not wish to be charged
9. Service Availability
9.1 Uptime Commitment:
- We strive to maintain high service availability
- The Service operates on AWS infrastructure with enterprise-grade reliability
- Processing times depend on Telegram API response times
9.2 Maintenance:
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
- We aim to minimize service disruptions during maintenance
9.3 No Liability for Interruptions:
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by:
- Telegram API limitations, rate limits, or outages
- AWS regional server issues or outages
- GoHighLevel wallet system failures or payment processing issues
- Internet connectivity problems
- WordPress hosting environment issues
- DDoS attacks or malicious activities
- Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
10. Limitations of Liability
10.1 Service Accuracy:
- Filtering operates based on Telegram’s provided metadata
- We make no warranties regarding filtering completeness or accuracy
- Conversation lists depend on Telegram API responses
- You are responsible for verifying filtering results
10.2 Maximum Liability:
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- This includes loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
10.3 Third-Party Dependencies:
- We are not responsible for issues arising from Telegram’s services
- We are not responsible for AWS infrastructure failures
- We are not responsible for GoHighLevel wallet or payment processing issues
- We are not responsible for WordPress hosting limitations
- Service performance depends on external systems beyond our control
10.4 Data Loss:
- While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee against data loss
- You should maintain independent backups of important filtering configurations
- We are not liable for data loss due to disconnection or account deletion
10.5 Payment Processing:
- We are not liable for payment failures, billing errors, or disputes with GoHighLevel
- All payment-related issues must be resolved directly with GoHighLevel
- Service interruptions due to payment issues are not grounds for refunds or compensation
11. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes or to facilitate illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
- Connect Telegram accounts you do not have authorization to access
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use the Service to violate Telegram’s Terms of Service
- Use the Service to violate any data protection regulations
- Attempt to overload or disrupt Service infrastructure
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
- Misuse admin privileges or access unauthorized user accounts
- Circumvent rate limits or connection type restrictions
- Interfere with other users’ use of the Service
- Attempt to bypass payment requirements or the trial period limitation
12. Telegram Compliance
By using TelegrApp, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You will comply with all Telegram Terms of Service
- You will comply with Telegram API Terms of Service
- Telegram may modify their services, affecting TelegrApp functionality
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Telegram
- Telegram may restrict or terminate API access at their discretion
- You use Telegram’s services at your own risk
13. GoHighLevel Integration
By using TelegrApp’s paid services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Payment processing is handled exclusively by GoHighLevel
- You are subject to GoHighLevel’s Terms of Service for payment processing
- Innexum OÜ has no control over GoHighLevel’s wallet system or payment processing
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GoHighLevel
- Payment disputes must be resolved directly with GoHighLevel
- GoHighLevel may modify their payment systems, affecting billing processes
- Insufficient wallet balance will result in service suspension
14. Intellectual Property
14.1 Our Rights:
- All intellectual property rights in the Service remain our property
- This includes code, design, user interfaces, and documentation
- TelegrApp name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
14.2 Restrictions:
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Service
- You may not create derivative works based on the Service
- You may not remove or alter any copyright notices
- Written permission is required for any commercial use of our intellectual property
14.3 User Data:
- You retain all rights to your Telegram account data
- Filtering preferences and settings remain your property
15. Termination
15.1 Termination by User:
- You may disconnect your account at any time through the interface
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- You may request complete account deletion via innexumtech@gmail.com
- All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of termination
- No refunds for partial subscription periods unless otherwise stated
15.2 Termination by Innexum:
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms
- Suspend accounts showing suspicious or malicious activity
- Terminate accounts upon request from Telegram for API violations
- Suspend service for non-payment or insufficient GoHighLevel wallet balance
- Discontinue the Service entirely with 30 days’ notice to all users
- Refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason
15.3 Effect of Termination:
- All Telegram connections will be disconnected
- Filtering preferences will be deleted
- Access to admin features will be revoked immediately
- Your data will be deleted according to our retention policy
- Outstanding payments remain due even after termination
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innexum OÜ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of Telegram’s Terms of Service
- Your violation of GoHighLevel’s Terms of Service
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Any claims by third parties related to your use of the Service
- Unauthorized access to accounts you connected
- Payment disputes or chargebacks through GoHighLevel
17. Disclaimers
17.1 “As Is” Service:
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”
- We make no warranties, express or implied
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
17.2 No Professional Advice:
- The Service is not intended to provide professional advice
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on Service use
17.3 Third-Party Content:
- We are not responsible for content from Telegram conversations
- We do not endorse or verify any information from connected accounts
17.4 Payment Processing:
- We make no warranties regarding GoHighLevel’s payment processing reliability
- We are not responsible for payment processing delays or failures
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time:
- Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification
- The “Last Updated” date will be modified to reflect changes
- Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance
- If you do not agree with changes, you must discontinue use
- Previous versions are archived and available upon request
19. Dispute Resolution
19.1 Informal Resolution:
- Contact us first to attempt informal resolution of disputes
- We commit to good-faith efforts to resolve issues amicably
- Payment disputes should be directed to GoHighLevel
19.2 Governing Law:
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia
- Estonian law applies regardless of your location
19.3 Jurisdiction:
- Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia
- You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Estonian courts
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Innexum OÜ regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
